Yee Wing Yiu, principal of Company of Architects, llc, (CoA) has been working in the architectural profession for over 20 years with projects in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Utah, and Hong Kong. He joined H&S International four years ago and became a partner in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Yee worked with Don Ziebell, founder of OZ Architects and Herb Schneider of SGS Architects. Yee quickly developed a diverse background of work as he has worked on high-end clubhouses to budget driven bonded school construction. He specializes in high-end custom residential projects that demand the attention and focus of an experienced architect.
Yee is currently working on residences in Desert Mountain, Silverleaf, Paradise Valley, Oregon and California. Yee Wing Yiu finished his under-graduate architectural studies at Arizona State University and completed his Master degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. He has served as an AIA Rio Salado Board Member in 1996 and currently works with apprentices at Taliesen. Yee has received a Citation Award from Arizona Masonry Guild in 2006 and an Award of Merit from the prestigious 2007 Gold Nugget Awards.
Steve Hunt, principal of Hunt Designs LLC, has worked as a project manager in the field of architecture for 19 years. Before starting his own company, Steve was a partner at H&S International. While at H&S, Steve worked on a wide range of projects including the Sun State Equipment corporate headquarters, Canyon Village in Silverleaf, and a 40,000 square foot residence in Colorado. Before moving to H&S Steve worked as a project manager at Balmer Architectural Group. His projects included everything from high-end tenant improvements and custom residential to institutional projects such as The Foundation for the Blind. This diverse background enables Steve to work effectively in a variety of environments.
Steve believes exceptional project management requires a strong work ethic and dedication to the client’s vision and goals. He enjoys seeing a project through from conception to completion. These core values form the foundation for successful working relationships.
